Le Beausoleil Bed and Breakfast  is a modern, well furnished Bed and Breakfast, located on Deer Ridge Road, Golden, British Columbia.   It is just minutes from Kicking Horse Mountain Resort, the Golden Golf Club and Golden's town centre.

Le Beausoleil is owned and managed by Heather and Bob Munro. 

Skiing, hiking and golfing brought the Munros to Golden in 2001.

Heather has "years" of experience in the insurance industry, specializing in disability rehabilitation.  She also has a teaching degree and her certification to teach English as a second language. 

Heather takes pride in her healthy cooking and baking.  Breakfasts include her "prize winning" whole wheat bread, multi grain bagels, granola and home made jams.  You'll love her specialties; cranberry orange muffins and her delicious chocolate chip cookies.

Before moving to Golden, Bob was an executive in the financial industry, specializing in retail banking, sales and marketing.  

Bob is an avid skier and a former Pro Patroller at Kicking Horse Mountain Resort.  He was active in CARDA (Canadian Avalanche Rescue Dog Association) and certified as a rescue team with Amos, his Black Labrador Retriever.  He was a member of both the Canadian and American  volunteer ski patrols and the Canadian Ski Instructor Association.  If it's your first time skiing Kicking Horse ask Bob about the mountain, his favourite spots and where to find to find the best "steep and deep" runs.

Heather and Bob have hiked most of the local trails and major backcountry circuits in Banff, Jasper, Kootenay and Yoho National Parks.  If you need help planning a trip, ask them for advice, they know the "ins and outs"!
